Payoneer registration problem. How to decide?

Good afternoon! I've been trying to register with payoneer for a day, and I can't even go through phone verification. It's funny, but it's true. I get to the column with the phone, fill in the number, request the code, enter the code and then write the wrong code, and so a few attempts then that's it, no attempts, try again in an hour. And this has been the case for several days now. I went from different devices, it's useless ... Maybe someone came across this? Or am I the only one that's special?
