How to make a simple request to the Ebay api for your account?

Good afternoon, I would like to receive a list of my purchases on ebay via api, I can’t make it out with the documentation, it’s big. Which api should I choose, do I need to make an application, and so on, who understands this, poke where to look

Found a library:

But so far it's not very successful in use. I can't go through the authorization process.
