How to find everything on eBay / do a search with an empty search term?

You should see everything selling on eBay within a two mile radius around a particular postcode. Those. empty request, but around the terrain. The area is not large, so the problem is not the amount found. But eBay doesn't allow empty searches unless it's inside a specific section. A request like (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0, a, b, c, d, e, f, g, ... z) also does not help, because there are declarations, containing single letters and numbers, and not any numbers and words. What are the options for circumventing this not very useful rule?

Sorry not an answer of course, but just a thought. I think in the logic of such giants, those that are built with BIGDATA in mind, there can be no such miscalculations, think for yourself what colossal performance losses such "empty" queries will cause. It’s simply not profitable for them to give everything in a given geolocation interval, in fact, otherwise you can simply ask them with requests like “show all positions within a radius of N” by running a cycle with random postcodes, at least some “key phrases” should be present, because rather all results are cached. So, most likely, such a task is impossible, and if it is doable, it would be cool to know :)
