How would you advise to deliver a laptop from the USA to Russia? (shipping cost within $200)?

I wanted to order a Lenovo x230 (about $1100) from a seller on eBay. But it turned out that he offers shipping via FedEx. Considering the cost of the parcel and my place of residence (Rostov region), I doubt that the parcel will pass customs and FedEx will not deploy it in Moscow or even earlier. The seller also said that he used to send it via USPS without any problems, but now this ban on batteries ...
Actually the question is: what do you advise to deliver? I looked in the direction of other private traders - UPS, they say right on the website that they will not send such a package to the province. What reliable options do you know?

I recommend Polar Express and everything is fine with delivery and with insurance.

Look at this thread here. Ladies, delivery by intermediaries from shop.lenovo.com is discussed, but in this case it does not matter.

Why don't you want to buy it at home?
The cost will be comparable. same.

IMHO the price will be the same as what is sold here. It only makes sense to order an apple there (in the Russian Federation the price is already very high) or something rare that is difficult to buy here.
