If they charged a smartphone at a normal speed, and even broke a piece a couple of times a month, this would be acceptable, since the original cables also fail, and, most importantly, are lost, and these can be transported from China in batches.
Is it really only original Samsung cables? Save from waste! Poke your nose where you can buy on Ali a dozen cables of acceptable quality for 10-15-20 bucks, which then will not break the plug :(
