I watched Yandex-money, webmoney and several other systems. Nowhere did I find such an API that could solve such a problem.

Their client allowed us to automatically process CVS files and make automatic payments for them, which, in general, was quite enough for us. One person easily made several hundred payments a day. It was also possible to link to billing for auto payment. The client as far as I know and now it allows. but the main difficulty is that for some time now it is no longer possible to transfer money to yourself by bank transfer, you need to personally deposit cash into a certain account ...
