Partition protection from unauthorized access

The bottom line is this ... everyone has the necessary set of programs that he uses. I also have him. I want to allocate a separate section for it.
But ... I would like to protect myself.
For example, the computer will have Win7 + Arch, and because of the first one, there is a high risk of polluting it with viruses and other filth.
Can this be done somehow?
For example, something like a program that prohibits writing data (read only) or something close to it.
Thanks in advance.

"there is a high risk of polluting it with viruses and other muck" deal with the risks.
"For example, something like a program that prohibits writing data (only reading) or something close to it." - will not work if you take into account the risk of "virus infection".
Alienable carrier only.
