Packets in the local wi-fi network do not pass to external devices. What is the reason?

Good afternoon!

I ping external devices via wi-fi networks, from a stationary computer - they do not work (laptop, phone).
I ping back, the laptop always sees the phone and the stationary computer. Packets from both devices came from the desktop 1 time, and that's it, it stalled again.

Windows 10 on both machines.
Stationary just recently updated, put on top of the 7th 10th.
Nod32 antivirus with network protection, turned it off just in case, no use.
