Advise, please, what it is possible to esteem or look on practice of server administration? For example, by types of server hardware, RAID, server hardware, industrial routers, optical equipment, and so on. That is, not a theory, but a practice - how to choose, how to connect.

2) Raise the grid between them
3) And you start not just reading books on administration, but "training on cats", doing small tasks like "make the folder public" Start with Tanenbaum's books, consider this a "bible".
