поднять на компе HMS и раздавать контент по сети , настройка не вызывает затруднений ,все на русском языке

Увправлять скорее всего через браузер можно, а так все в одну локальную сеть надо объеденить и будет счастье.

Сам не пробовал ставить на NAS, однако, самой программой пользуюсь.
Название Plex. Удобная и красивая штука с кучей настроек.
