How to add a virtual machine to a domain?

Hello!
There is this:
Virtualka Win server 2012 r2 (there is AD, domain) static IP
192.168.0.12
255.255.255.0
192.168.0.1
Virtualka Win server 2012 r2 (there is exchange) dynamic IP
192.168.0.14
255.255.255.0
PS
If you enter on a machine with exchange stat. IP
192.168.0.14
255.255.255.0
192.168.0.1
It says that it is not connected to the network.
The machine on which to spin hyper-v computer with win 8 on board and it has IP 192.168.0.10 (dynamic IP)
When I want to add a virtual machine to the domain, I enter my win domain, the user and password window pops up, I enter 100% correctly, and I get the message "The specified domain does not exist or it was not possible to connect to it."
Tell me what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks a lot!
