OWL Carousel 2, how to make a slider?

I know that it is possible to implement such a slider in pure html+css, but I'm wondering how to implement such a slider using OWL Carousel 2?

Download the slider, add styles and scripts to the page, find an example of markup in the documentation, insert it on the page, insert your layout into the cells, customize the slider to suit your needs.
