Overheated Mac mini 2014, what are the consequences?

Good afternoon, I dismantled my 2014 mini-i5 4278U 2.6 GHz. In general, I didn’t install the fan cable, I didn’t collect it to the end to look at its work. Turned on, the temperature rose, but the fan did not turn on. Could not understand what was the matter. I downloaded a temperature monitoring program, ran a stress test and the temperature on the first core reached 105, on the second 100 somewhere around degrees. Turned off the stress test and turned off the poppy. I read about the processor, it is written that its maximum temperature is 100 degrees, what will be the consequences now? I killed my mac mini?

Yes, no, in principle, since he himself did not turn off.
Connect the fan, turn it on and don't worry.
