Are there coolers with such a mount?

there is such a place for mounting the cooling system, as I understand it, this is a non-standard socket and there are somehow slightly offset holes for mounting. Is it possible to find a similar cooler or a cooler with an adapter for this?

I would take a large radiator - like these , drill holes in the right places, and put them on screws with a spring mechanism.

The "cooler" consists of a heatsink (finished with a file) and a fan (usually standardized by the distance between the holes and thickness - the difference between both can be compensated with self-tapping screws).

As a result, I screwed on the Noctua fan instead of the old one and everything is fine, there is no noise at all and the heating is removed a little more efficiently. I left the old radiator, since Noctua needs to be cut a lot, various protruding parts interfere there.
