Outsourcing of online store activities, whom to choose?

As you know, outsourcing of online store activities is a new, promising direction.
Yes, this approach is not beneficial for all stores, rather small ones than large ones. Rather high-margin than resourceful.
Yes, there are still many questions about the quality of such services.
Yes, the services themselves are few.

But still, this approach is very interesting for someone and I would like to get advice on choosing a company from those who already had experience of communicating with them.

Working conditions are different for everyone, although they overlap in many ways. I would like to hear feedback on the quality of work and get advice on choosing a contractor for a store with the following conditions:
- work from the start of the project (launch of the store)
- up to 100 orders per month at the initial stage, up to 300 in six months
- IP, simplified 6%
- " white" supplier
- full outsourcing of activities, except for marketing (advertising), site administration, purchases from a supplier; acquiring and phone numbers are questionable (but not the call center itself)
- curry delivery in Moscow is required, in the future sending by mail across the Russian Federation
- the average check amount is 1500-2000 rubles, the margin is 90%

I would like to bring some clarity to this discussion.
In fact, in the Russian market, there are some misconceptions related to the organization of online stores. For an entrepreneur, looking for a company that organizes an online store from 0 is pointless. It will be stupidly more expensive (you can’t say otherwise).
Colleagues, do not try to find a solution for yourself that will take on some of the duties that you yourself are able to perform, thereby optimizing costs and costs. "Outsourcing" can be afforded from the very beginning by large brands with a strong name (which will receive from the launch of 1000 orders per month), which have a developed retail network, are retail experts, while they lack an understanding of how to trade on the Internet. For them, it's a matter of image.
Processes that can process up to 100 orders per month are fundamentally different from processes and optimization for a store with a volume of 1000 or more per month.
Everada is engaged in the creation and development of industrial infrastructure for online commerce. At the moment, our clients are online stores, brands that provide from 1500 orders per month, each. Therefore, it is not correct to consider our company as an example for a "beginner online store".
I'll say more. There is no high-quality solution in the world that would be affordable for a small online store.

I use Rhythm-z. They were almost the first to start this business in Runet. They are in Bryansk.
It is very interesting (but tolerable) that your IM is connected: they send an algorithm of who does what (you-they), immediately issue an invoice for the selected service tariff. Naturally, one way or another, but some of the stages are stalled (at the stage of connecting my phone - not SIP - it hung) and you get a bill for the next month;) In general, picking up an MI is not expensive for them.
They have their own order management system - cloud 1C. They drag data about orders / balances from your IM / warehouse accounting system into it to conduct delivery to the client. The integration is only reverse (they suck into their system), they hook up the courier service if there is an API, but for some reason they fill in the order cards not the way the CS should, but with the minimum necessary data set. Persuasion and questions to set up correct two-way synchronization with the same MySklad, with which, judging by the news, they have been “friends” for two years, as if they did not lead to anything. They do what is more convenient for them.
What else... the phone dedicated to your IM may not answer. For example, days. They answer: there were technical problems ... The connection is coded tightly, the quality is legible, but lousy. The female operators really sit in the hall and the noise from the neighbors is noticeable.
You will be given a dedicated manager, but personally I have settled down - the fourth, the rest are always “transferred” somewhere.
In general, how the service works, but somehow rotten. Nothing to be proud of. And now the tariffs have been raised, I began to wonder if there are others around? While I’m looking closely ...

It is a delusion that you hand over the store for maintenance, and it will immediately begin to bring huge profits. If you didn’t promote the store, didn’t make a promotion and didn’t establish the entire sales chain, you are at a loss. You pay for a call center subscription, pay for storage, pay for packing/bundling of goods, and pay for delivery.
Outsourcing can be afforded by companies with an established business and large turnovers. If there is a real number of orders per month, then it is definitely cheaper than hiring a staff and renting a warehouse on your own. But if you don’t have sales, you haven’t established contacts with suppliers, then no one will do this for you for free.

In any contract there are conditions for terminating the contract, and terms that are agreed upon by the parties. What does "supposedly" mean? If you were our client, then you read and signed this agreement, which means you agreed to these conditions.
We plan the work of employees, salaries, volumes, the required number of people involved in the project, and so on, therefore, naturally, there are deadlines in which we need to be notified in advance.

The first months they used the most economical option for 5,900 rubles. It included work with 3 suppliers, storage, processing of 70 orders. We didn't need more. Then we switched to a standard package, and now the client base has grown a lot, and we decided to take on the processing of 700 orders per month. At the initial stage of developing a business, it is extremely important to be able to show customers a high level of service without spending money on it that you do not have. It seems to us that with Fasteri it is real. So experience really shows that this also works for small MIs.

They tried to connect me for almost a month, I almost lost two affiliate networks because of them. When all the same I realized that I was not on my way with them and asked to return the deposit, I was simply sent harshly as a sucker. Although before that they tried to persuade them to go to them in every possible way, they promised a personal manager (they don’t really have this), they insisted on depositing money in advance, claiming that prices would seriously rise one of these days (this is their first lie). It is a pity that I did not immediately listen to the negative reviews of others. in short, run away from them and do not mess with these crooks.
And most importantly, do not get fooled by the positive "rainbow" reviews, they are fake.
Visit their warehouse, office and call center and your hopes will be dashed...they don't have that...
