Out of space on the server - Critical Load Average, increased space - again Critical Load Average?
The server ran out of space, which caused it to stop working (the Load Average value reached a critical level).
I increased the tariff plan and increased the space on the server - it worked.
But now again the server is constantly hanging (Critical Load Average), I don’t know how to solve the problem, please help.
Maybe the cache needs to be cleared?

The place on the server and the level of its workload are not directly related in any way. Either you are DDoSed, or some process is clogging up the logs.
Probably the partition has expanded and the file system has not, so the problem is still the same, clean up the disk space
As stratosmi
already wrote - write to those support, or look for an outsourcer sysadmin. With such input data, it is unlikely to help here. If you rephrase your question and draw an analogy, you get something like this:
"I have a car and it began to go badly, I did something, but after a while it began to go badly again"
Data for analysis and some kind of proposal is simply 0.
Do not be offended, but this is a conversation between the blind and the deaf. You clearly do not understand operating systems and have little idea of what and how it is interconnected.
