No SHH connection via Putty?

When connecting via Putty, this is the picture

via WinSCP under the same data on the same port, everything is OK. The
terminal built into WinSCP also works
. What could be the reason?

Please show PuTTY Event Log + sshd_config.

Perhaps the putty is offering the host a cipher suite that the host does not support. This is not a common situation, it should be either a very old ssh server or a very old putty, but this is possible. I have a server under FreeBSD 9.2-STABLE, which is not updated and will never be updated - there are already some problems with accessing it:

> ssh -l user not-a-server.ru
