Quantum computer and Bitcoin: what will happen?

There were some thoughts about how to the cable-stayed computer. (QC) will affect the Bitcoin network. Perhaps someone knows the mat well. part and in connection with this the question is: how does bitcoin work - it is known , too , but with understandable reservations.
The question is simple: can it calculate how much CC is needed (the parameters are any conditional, but conditionally possible at the moment) to "hack" the Bitcoin network?
