Do layout designers use a mouse?

All the time I try to increase the speed of layout without losing quality and a reasonable question arose: how many of the experienced typesetters use the mouse? For example, I almost always select some lines, switch between the same PhotoShop and the Editor with the mouse.
Are there any typesetters who only do everything on the keyboard? I really want to learn from experience))
PS please respond to people working and earning on this for at least half a year :)

The comparison operator in plpgsql is the same as in SQL. is null to check if the value is null and = for equality.
To change the inserted row, you must modify the new variable, and not try to go into infinite recursion by performing the same operation that called the trigger.

it is in layouts that you cannot 100% lose your work with the mouse. you will have to look at any parameters of the visual components with the mouse. whether it's photoshop (sizes, colors, fonts, etc.) or devtools in the browser.
ps here is a good overview of the plugin, for the first step to giving up the mouse to you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6OIBxzgLNFE
