How to set up automatic Postgresql backups under windows?

There is a server on windows with Postgresql and 12 databases on it. The task is to make backups "hot" to a given network folder and to the cloud (Dropbox / Yandex.disk folder). Create them every day at a certain time and keep only the last N backups.
Maybe there is some ready-made solution?

built-in task scheduler + powershell + backup utility, possibly native, possibly recommended. and where to copy and how to synchronize this copy to dropboxes / poison / onedrive is a matter of each case.
