Why can't it find the file?

Hello! Stupid question, but I can't figure it out. I'm
studying from the book "PostgreSQL for beginners" https://postgrespro.ru/education/books/introbook
The problem arose on page 70. I run the command "\i demo-small-20170815.sql", but the file is not found. According to the recommendation, I specify the desired path of the “Start in” (“Working folder”) property of the shortcut, but the file is still not found.
What could be the problem?

1. find the file and specify the full path to it
2. use \\ or / rather than \ (Use single quotes)
