OSX and inconvenient cursor (mouse/touchpad) behavior, how to solve?

Hello! What annoys the cursor behavior in OSX, doesn't like the fact that there is a frenzied cursor acceleration. Maybe someone found a solution to the problem, I would be ideally suited for the behavior of the cursor (mouse / touchpad) as on Windows ...
