How to make an A4 x7 mouse send a script?

Hello. There is a need to remotely execute a macro on the A4tech X7 mouse.
The macro is programmed through the Oscar Edit editor and stored in the mouse's memory.
Is it possible to execute this macro without being able to physically click the mouse button?

Impossible.
The macro is recorded and stored in the mouse itself, and is executed only by pressing the buttons on it.
For the purity of the experiment, you can re-plug the mouse into any computer with any OS without any extra software - and the macro will work.
This macro not only cannot be executed programmatically, but it is also impossible to interfere with its execution, it is even impossible to reliably determine that the macro is working, and not the person.
All that the software (Oscar Editor) can do is upload a new macro to the mouse.
