How to fix mouse issues in Windows 10?

Hello. I ran into a problem after using Windows 10 for a while. The A4 Tech Bloody V8 mouse, which had always worked without problems before, began to entertain me with all sorts of problems:

• When you turn on the PC, the cursor may appear only after a few minutes (there is simply no cursor and that's it);
  
• Even if the mouse somehow miraculously worked, the scroll does not work (absolutely everywhere). The middle button itself, by the way, works.
  

These problems show up on almost every startup. I solve the problem with scrolling in the Bloody proprietary software (core change). If everything is really bad, then reconnecting the mouse to the PC helps in any situation. Tried uninstalling drivers and software - it only got worse.
