What is the best mouse for a designer?

I can't decide at all. I do web design and logos. I often watch design conferences and tutorials, where everyone has a MacBook with branded mice from apple. Although there is a lot of hate in the reviews in relation to these computer mice. And the price is impressive.

Now I'm thinking of buying a logitech g903 or an apple mouse. Logitech gaming, and I don’t even know if it is suitable for design. Which one do you think is best for design? Or maybe the apple mouse is highly hyped and is only suitable for surfing the Internet? Maybe now there is a more worthwhile solution? I also heard about the Apple Trackpad 2, although I'm afraid that it is difficult for someone who has been using only a mouse for 15 years to get used to such a device.

If you have an apple computer, then there will probably be fewer problems with a branded mouse, but logitech has a higher sensor resolution, which will affect the speed of movement

Look at the MX-series, for example. Master 3 (if the brush is huge) or Anywhere 2 (if the grip is smaller)

I've never been a fan of apple gizmos. logitech g903 - this particular model is such a choice, I do not advise. And so, it is better to look at the sensor, it is he who is the main characteristic of any mouse. The better it is, the less the cursor twitches when moving. On expensive mice, this difference is barely noticeable, but between a mouse for 400 rubles. and any normal mouse the difference is very noticeable.

Whatever is more convenient for you, then use it. You can move these mice right in the hardware store. From Eplovskaya, to other firms. And it's strange that you neglected the trackpads, why not.

One that is comfortable to use. In this case, the price practically does not matter. Go to the store and squeeze every mouse you like there. Because everyone has their own preferences.
I like heavy mice, on two AA batteries, but these are hard to find, so I use a rather dishish full-sized Canyon on two AAA batteries.
