OS won't start, hardware problem?
The system unit did not turn on for half a year, the screen post is not loaded further, there is no speaker. I disconnected everything from the mother (except for the operative (cap)) What are the options? The download stops at this moment (see screenshot) I put one bar in different slots, ddr is working. Thanks in advance.

pull out the RAM - clean it - try it, put the speaker - listen, make a decision.
options:
Check the voltage on the battery supplying the CMOS (bios chip) -> pull it out or otherwise reset the bios -> check the boot again.
Turn on the computer and leave it in this state for half an hour, then try to start it again with the reset button. If it works, then the problem is in the capacitors in the PSU or on the motherboard (they dried up and started working after warming up).
