Origin How to add a game without downloading it again?

Hello, I have a game in Origin FIFA 18, I already read it in full there, but I need to reinstall Windows 10, and tell me how I can then select the folder with the game after downloading Origin so that I don’t download again from FIFA using Origin

You throw the game folder into the Origin Games folder which is in Program Files. Go to Origin and download the game. I always did this, but even if the game was updated to the latest version, Origin still downloaded about 1GB extra.
