How to parse data from gridview in GUI application?

Question in continuation of the previous question . How to parse data from a gridview element in a GUI application on Windows. I wanted to pull data using AutoIT, but alas, he does not know how to work with the gridview element. So is there a tool with which to get data from a gridview GUI application?

It is necessary to look at what parameters go to the control via SendMessage. I don’t know if there are already ready-made tools, but only the hook of this api comes to my mind.
