Windows 10 won't let you unzip a file to C drive?
For example, I take the driver for Nvidia, open it, click "unpack" on the C: / Nvidia drive
It says to me:
I'm trying to open the NVIDIA folder on the C drive and other folders (Windows.old, Temp, etc.)
Then the "eternal" progress bar appears, where the path to the file is written ..
Full rights are set for all groups
