Set the second ip address from the network 192.168.1.0/24 on the LAN interface and specify it as the default gateway for these two computers. Well, configure the firewall rules to block access to the network 192.168.0.0/24 and to allow access from the network 192.168.1.0/24 to the Internet.
But simply bringing computers to another network is not an option, because addresses can be changed. For a more reliable restriction, you need either vlan or a separate switch.
