Organization of video surveillance

1) There is a task to find a software product that could serve as a server for video surveillance, with the connection of web cameras, the distribution of access rights to different users, viewing online cameras through a browser (or maybe through a program), preferably with the ability to manage them.

2) Any system / libraries in php that can be used in order to write a similar system in a simple way.

Goal, though prices bite. But we used it - it's worth it. We looked at the cameras through RAdmin, although there seems to be some kind of viewer there. And you can even screw something of your own .

avreg.net
4 cameras for free, further prices are not high.
2.
Your own in php - better not. Programs that capture, process and save video must be written in C/C++. A web part is any framework (for example, symfony2) with a video stream viewer module. By the way, the streaming server will also have to be either written by ourselves or screwed ready.

Look towards Ivideon . The software is free. In addition to standard features, it allows, for example, to display video on the site (for free). Thus, we ensured that the cameras were shown in the corporate canteen. To understand when the line is smaller and go for lunch.

Avreg is what you need, I have not seen a better solution for working with IP cameras. In my case, I have about 20 IP cameras connected!
