Video and audio recording of lectures

The question is whether a student has the right to make an audio or video recording of the lectures given to him at the university. First of all, I am interested in reasoned (with references to laws) answers. Thanks in advance.

1) The lecture is subject to copyright.
2) If the lecture is public, i.e. access to the lecture is not limited - you can record safely.
3) Use in the future (upload somewhere, let someone listen, etc.) without the permission of the lecturer is possible only personally and for personal purposes.
4) If the lecture is not public, i.e. access to the lecture is somehow limited (only students are allowed or paid entrance), then the problem here is not “can you record according to the law” (the law does not prohibit recording), but that the university (lecturer) has the right to establish own rules of conduct on this private "sabantuychik", incl. prohibit recording in any form. Therefore, this is not a question of laws, but of the internal rules of the university.
4.1) A direct analogy here is cinemas. Since the viewing is not public, the cinema sets the rules for visiting it. Again, you will not be imprisoned for recording, but for violating the rules of the university, appropriate internal sanctions may be applied, for example, denied training.
