Personal DVR (I'm going to collect), is it legal?

I ordered a keychain in China - a camera. After careless handling, the case fell apart, but the electronics are intact.
As a result, there was such a thing (a completely working camera without a battery):

(I didn’t think to put something to estimate the size, but in the photo the connector on the right is a MicroSD slot)

There was an idea to take a more or less capacious battery and sew the whole thing into the strap of a photo backpack. It would be interesting to capture some working moments. A kind of google glass for the poor.
The question arises about the legitimacy of such a contraption in the Russian Federation. Suppose somehow law enforcement officers found such a thing in me, could there be any consequences for me?
In addition to the Russian Federation when crossing the border? The device will look very much like a spy device.

And you wear a T-shirt with the inscription "Attention! Covert video surveillance is underway!” =)

Article 138.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The inscription about the presence of a hidden camera will not help, since the specified article assumes responsibility for the creation of "spy stuff", and the circumstances of the operation of these "tricks" are not important.

" Death Row " is a magazine article about a similar experience.
