I am looking for a simple, resource-intensive video surveillance software for Windows
Basic requirements
- support for rtsp
- motion
recording - voice recording
- the ability to control through a batch file (or something else)
for example
a) turn on / off the camera X
b) turn on / off everything
c) turn on continuous recording
d) turn on motion recording
