I want to install an external camera not for security, but for broadcasting a beautiful picture outside the window. The landscape starts from 300 meters and extends to the horizon.

I plan to make a live broadcast of this beauty, but I don’t really understand surveillance cameras.

Tell me, please, which model should be chosen, if not difficult - throw a couple of examples. Maybe someone has already encountered.

Beauty needs more resolution. The minimum is 5 megapixels, 10 is better.
By the lens - look for a small viewing angle or (which is the same, roughly speaking) with a large focal length. Even better with manual zoom / focal length adjustment.
In the case of backlight (the sun shines into the camera), do not count on a good result with any camera.

It seems to me that if you want beauty, it's easier to use a regular webcam connected to a computer.
Well, or a full-fledged video camera.
If you need to put it outside the room, then you can try the raspberry pi by packing everything in a sealed case
