DVR and ip cameras from different manufacturers?
I’m thinking of buying an ip registrar from the vaunted Dahua company, but take the cameras from another manufacturer, it seems like the cameras should work on onvif and rtsp, but as I understand it, onvif does not support sound, and it will not be possible to hang up a microphone, and rtsp seems to transmit sound but cannot control camera and motion sensor.
Interesting opinion on Dahua equipment, is it worth the money or not?

The ONVIF protocol has a standardized digital interface for equipment for video surveillance, and combines such aspects of equipment interaction as:
Compression and transmission of video and audio streams;
Set up video streaming;
Video analytics; Discovery of IP devices;
Adjustment of camera work profiles;
PTZ control (PTZ);
Inputs and outputs for connecting alarm sensors;
Motion Detection;
Security and access control (encryption, etc.).
If you need motion detection, then take the equipment of one brand, then it will work 100%.
I don't like Dahua's mobile client and PC client. Although there are no questions about the equipment itself.
If you still stop at it, you can still watch RVi - this is the same Dahua.
Dahua is worth the money anyway, as is Hikvision. I personally consider their camcorders the best for a relatively low cost. I would recommend Hikvision cameras, although different manufacturers have the same matrices, but for some guys the firmware is stupid, while for other Chinese counterparts it can completely fail in half a year. It's better to pay extra, but you'll get by without surprises.
