If the camera has an "Internet port" - then it is an ip camera, only a computer / phone or ip-dVR can receive a signal from it. So you won't get off with two pennies. Ask in the comments if you're interested in something else.

If the camera can transmit a video stream via RTSP, then you only need an adapter for this. It is called a DVR with a DVI port for an IP camera. After connecting the camera, the adapter will need to be configured a little through the web interface.
