How to properly organize a video surveillance system?

There is a huge CCTV park, very scattered geographically. There is a task to bring everything to one "control panel".
Now more.
There is a camera with a video recorder on the site. He writes this camera 24/7. There are... well, let's say 5 such objects.
You need to organize a remote server that will write all the cameras of all objects, but only on an event (movement, for example). And the client of this server, which will notify the dispatcher about the event and immediately offer to view the stream.
Tyrnet channel is wide enough for such a flow.
Interested in what software to use for this.

I would do this:
1. Measure the "thickness" of the channel on the Upload of each of the objects.
2. Collect a list of available equipment - cameras and recorders, types, companies and formats AHD there or IP.
3. I specified the "thickness" of the channel on Download at the server installation site.
4. I would count the total stream from all cameras or registrars.
5. Now I would choose a server that will pull the total number of cameras and file storage. Considering paragraph 1, 3.4.
Line, Trassier, Macroscope and ITV solutions. If our fleet has more than 50 percent of cameras of the same brand, then I would also look at industry solutions.
6. Maybe I would download demos for testing.
7. After clarifying all these data, I would make decisions, and would not immediately rush to the choice of software.
PS. There are still a lot of organizational issues, setting up data transmission channels, replacing equipment that will not be able to work with software, etc.
Good luck!

Do registrars at the facility have remote access capability? Maybe it's easier to organize through UD.

I like the first answer.
In fact, bring everything into the same tracer software (it is inexpensive and convenient), then you can already connect to it through the web interface of viewers ... all the functionality is there.
