How to connect the DVR to the Internet to login from a smartphone?

Hello! The layout is as follows:

1. Village house.
2. In one of the rooms there is a router with a 3G modem with a SIM card plugged into it. A computer is connected to this router via RJ-45. The router accordingly distributes the Internet to the whole house.
3. In the kitchen in the annex to the house there is a DVR with connected cameras. It is already configured to output images from cameras to a separate monitor, which is located there. Of the network interfaces, the registrar has only RJ-45
4. It is not possible to connect the registrar to the router in another room via RJ-45 - you will have to drill walls, lay a cable, etc. The owner is totally against it.

The task, as you might already guess, is to connect the registrar to the router and make it possible to receive an image from the cameras on a smartphone. I see 2 options:

1. Buy a 2nd router and 2nd SIM card for the Internet and make the registrar a completely autonomous system.
2. Buy a 2nd router or Wi-Fi adapter and connect the DVR to a router in another room via a wireless "bridge".

The 2nd option is preferable, if it is certainly possible. Can you please tell me the best way to do it? What could be the difficulties? Do I really need a second router or is a Wi-Fi adapter enough? I don't know much about hardware and network settings.

Yes, there is business for 5 - 10 minutes ...
You put a simple Wi-Fi signal amplifier near the region, I usually put these:
TP-LINK TL-WA855RE - https://market.yandex.ru/product--wi-fi- usilitel-s...
costs about 1500 rubles.
You connect to the main router via Wi-Fi, plug a twisted pair cable into this TP-Link (it has a LAN output) and connect the reg. Everything. You don’t even need a computer to set up, everything is done from a smartphone
