As I see it
, the recording starts in manual mode, the video is written to the screw of the computer to which the webcam is connected, but the recording turns off automatically after a specified time. Then some functionality uploads the video somewhere and sends a link to the file to the email address of the specified recipients. The video will be no longer than 10-15 minutes.
The option of renting hosting, installing some kind of engine, and saving the video to the site with sending a link to the recipients on the soap will also suit. There are few recipients, 3-4 people.
