Add to the second reg at least by Netip, at least by Onvif and let him watch
.
In fact, there may still be problems. The ONVIF protocol is bidirectional and the registrar can order flow parameters. There are two registrars and a situation may arise when they request a stream with different parameters. Then everything depends on how the camera software and regs can handle such situations. It will work, but not very stable. Cameras may freeze, the stream may be interrupted. You can connect via ONVIF to one reg, and to another via RTSP, or to both via RTSP, and configure the stream parameters on the camera itself. The last option is the most labor-intensive, but the most reliable.
