How to stream video from a webcam to a web page?

Hello.
I wanted to solve the problem in a swoop, but, alas, it did not work out.
I will describe the situation: at home there is a server room, a couple of webcams are connected to it, through which I monitor the state of the cats from work. I usually use vnc, through which I simply open virtualdub.
But since the installation of cameras on controlled platforms and the addition of IR + normal illumination is about to come, I would like to stream just to the page on my IP, to which it would be possible to later tie the control of servos and light.
I would like to do without sandwiches in the form of external services and a bunch of programs.
Windows machines.
I have never encountered streaming, so I ask for your help.

The easiest option is ffmpeg -i [camera] -f flv rtmp://[address]

You can just take their server and put it on a local resource ... no registration is needed for this ... the truth will be a bit of advertising ... :)
