What software can be used to record video from CCTV cameras broadcasting a signal via p2p?
Good day. There are cameras from different vendors located at different sites for different users. All these cameras have Internet access through the Chinese service XMEye (xmeye.net). For most, it is more than enough: having only a smartphone on ios\android, you can connect to the DVR and watch what is happening there. You don't need static or port forwarding. In general, everything is cool, except for one thing - it can only show, but does not write itself. I'm looking for a program that will be able to cling to this kind of cameras without being tied to a vendor and record the content received from these cameras.

Put DVRs with hdd on xmeye objects, you will connect to them in the same way, and you will be able to watch the archive. Or pick up cameras with the ability to record on microSD, there are those too.
From software - standard CMS can write. But how long it will work flawlessly is a big question. Although the latest versions are quite stable... Try it.
