How can I organize camera broadcasting on the web and simultaneous recording to a file?
There is a camera (remote, access from the server via http) with a mjpeg stream. You need to write the stream to a file (permanently, with daily rotation) and optionally (ie not always, but on request) view the live stream on a web page.
In my gut I feel that ffstream will cope with this, but something is not smart enough.
Maybe someone has already solved a similar task and can throw a config at me?
Or what other solution?
Thank you.

motion does this.
Recording activation is possible when motion occurs in the camera's field of view.
