Oracle virtualbox error: hardware virtualization enabled for machine but not supported by host?

When configuring the virtual machine, I got a message that hardware virtualization is not available on the host. Host win 10 x64. In the bios, hardware intel-vt is enabled, I don’t know what to do.

It was decided by setting the parameter in the BIOS: limit cpuid maximum to enabled
