How to install Windows on a flash drive from Linux, or boot from a VirtualBox image on real hardware?

Good afternoon. Tell me, please - I have been using Ubuntu for a long time, but there was a need to install Windows for a short time. There is no way to put it on a hard disk, and the virtual system does not pull the task. Please tell me how you can either install Windows on a USB flash drive and boot from it (not the installation image, but the system), or boot on real hardware from the VirtualBox image?
And yet, do I understand correctly that the current version today is 10?
Thank you very much in advance!

Using Rufus, you can deploy Win10 to a USB stick. It will turn out something like Windows to go.
Or here's the instructions.

Once upon a time there was such software for this - PWBoot. I do not know if it is suitable for the current Win10.

From Windows you can make a portable Windows using programs - WinNTSetup, PWBoot, Rufus In Linux, you can only create a bootable Windows. Portable Win-usb - in Linux .... no. Option using VirtualBox, others have not been invented, because there is no need.
