In general, I have a problem with the virtual machine. I installed a virtual machine using VitrualBox on hetznere. I set up virtualbox, entered the bridge internet adapter, installed the system (the system was not installed), connected rdp access. But I can't connect to it via rpd to install the system, iptables is off, there are no other firewalls.
