Is it possible to make it so that instead of creating disks, etc. in VirtualBox, I will specify my hard disk partition on which Windows is installed (I'm under ubuntu, in another partition) and virtualbox will start the OS from this partition?

Yes, if you use VMDK as a disk
And no, because windows from a real machine on a virtual one most likely will not start.
