How to enable virtualization in VirtualBox?

There is an Intel Core i5-4460 processor. Hardware visualization (vt-d) is enabled in BIOS.
VirtualBox (ArchLinux OS) does not react to this at all (Settings->System->Acceleretion submenu is not active)
How can I fix this?

After changing the VT-D settings, you must turn off the power to the computer. This is a feature of Intel processors.
With AMD, it's easier to turn on.
PySy.
And there should still be one more VT parameter in the BIOS - also turn it on.
