Oracle Linux for Oracle RDBMS?

Decision pending. Prompt interests in terms of the following parameters:
1) How much RAM does Oracle Linux 7 support, will all 48 GB of the server be used?
2) Is there support for two Xeon E5 processors to work simultaneously?
3) Is it free to use for corporate purposes?
4) Which version is up-to-date, checked? Should I trust the 7th version or is it better to choose a smaller version (6.5 for example) as it works stably?

@amanchuk

1) 3 TB
2) up to eight processors
3) yes, free to use in business, with full access to updates, but no support
(Compared to the cost of Oracle DB, the cost of Oracle Linux support is pennies)
4) I would use the 6.5 version
